Met bijna 180 vakantiewinkels is D-Reizen een van de grootste en bekendste reisbureaus van Nederland. in 2007 boekten meer dan een miljoen mensen hun vakantie bij D-reizen.
Naast losse vliegtickets, zon- en wintersportvakanties, stedentrips en kampeerreizen kun je bij D-Reizen ook terecht voor complete rondreizen aan naar diverse bestemmingen.
Daarbij hanteren ze voordelige prijzen en doen ze een prijscheck bij andere reisburaus zodat u bij D-Reizen nooit te veel betaald voor uw rondreis.
Helaas zijn er (momenteel) geen reizen meer beschikbaar van D-reizen.
Whatever you do, do not book with d-Reizen. They are not to be trusted at all and here is why. We had booked a trip with them to Egypt from Dec. 24, 2024 to Jan. 2, 2025. Our booking included the two-way flight and a hotel stay. First of all, on our flight to Egypt, d-Reizen did not send us our reservation number so we were unable to check in before hand, and we were forced to sit in three different seats. We flew to Egypt and stayed 10 days at the hotel, everything being just fine. But on the way back is when everything turned around. The night before our return flight we sat for hours trying to check-in but it was not working as d-Reizen had provided no information so that we can successfully do this. So, we went extra early to the airport to make sure we have enough time to check in there. When we get to the check-in desk, we are told that our names are not on the flight list and that there would be no possibility for us to be on that flight as it is fully booked. The people there were very helpful, trying to find a solution and figure out what went wrong. Turns out that our travel agency, d-Reizen had messed up the dates and had put us on the flight Jan. 9 instead of the 2nd that we had booked. When we contacted d-Reizen (via email as calling in Egypt was very expensive) they wrote, “We have contacted your tour operator and they indicate that something went wrong with confirming your return flight. They indicate that your original return flight is not available. They immediately looked for an alternative for you. Unfortunately, there were no more direct flights available, so they looked for the best possible option.

We had planned important doctor appointments the next day, but due to d-Reizen’s careless mistake, we had to go through great trouble to change them. Additionally, as they gave us a new flight, that was late in the night and included a transfer in Istanbul and lots of waiting, they did not offer us anything for this major inconvenience. We had to ask for a hotel so that we could go and rest for a few hours and they offered us a horrible 3 star hotel that was in terrible condition. We also had to pay on our own for transport and food, and are still hoping to receive some money for our expenses but they have not communicated with us at all about it. And if that was not enough, while we were sitting tiredly in the crappy hotel trying to check in for our new flights, they not only got one of our names spelt wrong for the check in, but also gave us the wrong check in number twice. In essence, d-Reizen was very inconsiderate and careless of the situation that they had caused. Not only did we have to take two flights in the middle of the night to get home, but d-Reizen troubled us greatly with their careless mistakes for the check in. They also offered nothing for our great inconvenience and put no effort in contacting us throughout all of this and making sure we get home well.
Avoid at all costs! We went to the Nijverdal branch with specific requests for our holiday. They gave us false information and sold a holiday to us. Me and my 12 year daughter were held for 2 days seperated from my husband and treated like criminals at Antalya airport.
We were denied entry because we travelled based on the information we were given. This information was false and D-Reizen said they won't do anything because it was our fault. We did not get a refund due to their mistake.
They do what they can for you to book, if anything goes wrong they don't take accountability so you lose your money and holiday and they get to use their insurance to cancel and get money back which they keep, making more from you. Avoid avoid avoid.
We’ve paid for transfers from airport to hotel, however D-reizen never arrange the transport or sent us vouchers or any information concerning operator.
When we arrived (after 10 hours flight) we waited at the airport, until the last passengers left, but no transport… We had to pay for taxi to the hotel.
I therefore asked for refund of the transport costs we paid and the answer was: “according to article 8.2.2. of the ANVR, if you have not received all of your travel documents by the time communicated by the organizer, you must notify the organizer or retailer without delay…” and refused refund (for services never supplied).
So, somehow, dispute D-reizen own omission and mistake (it never conveyed any details of the transfer or any voucher concerning a product I fully paid for), i am to be blamed for it…
Be aware of their “small fine prints”, that exclude all their responsibility- even when it is their own mistake!!!!

Nooit meer D-reizen wat n zooitje daar neem je in oktober al n 5***** hotel gaat vanaf het begin al fout geen communicatie daar je hebt geboekt 11 pers en aanbetaald dus nu kunnen ze je afsnauwen ook vele x naar de winkel geweest ook voor invoer paspoorten ( daar is bij hun de grootste fout begonnen ) ze controleren niets . Geld binnen service weg!
D-reizen is na de overname de meest vreselijke reisorganisatie. Stelt locaties veel beter voor dan werkelijk en de site toont alleen een selectie van de reviews. Niet boeken mensen, geld weggegooid en je wordt niet geholpen als er wat misgaat ( geen locale D-reizen vertegenwoordiger & werkzaamheden met veel lawaai oa); je wordt alleen aan het lijntje gehouden tot je het beu bent!
